Thank you for your interest in our bakery wholesale offerings! Below you’ll find important information about our products, ordering process, and policies.
Terms of Wholesale: To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Wholesale pricing is not available to customers who purchase from one of our retail locations. For wholesale pricing information please contact us at [email protected] or through our contact page. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices and Specifications Bergeron Cafe, LLC reserves the right to alter its prices as well as the specifications, types or quality of goods at any time. The goods are subject to prices and conditions in operation at the time of invoice. Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
Terms of Payment: Any wholesale customer may purchase items via; Cash, check, or through credit card payments. Upon placing the order via our online interface, email, or via the phone unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing all orders must be paid in advance. By setting up an account and placing an order with us you have agreed to read , understand, and accept these Terms and Conditions. Orders: We require a minimum order via our online interface. Please contact our sales team for specific details based on your requirements. Orders are accepted through our website, phone or email, at which point a contract will come into existence between Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC and you the customer. If you wish to make a change to the products you have ordered please contact Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change. Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC is not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the order placement. Delivery of goods will be discussed a time of ordering. Please allow a 2-3 day turnaround for most baking, we are making sure you have the freshest goods possible. Banana pecan crunch muffins require a 5 day turnaround. As a reminder: Please sell our product with pride and not sell our products on an auction site or at continuous significant discount. – We understand the importance of meeting your unique needs. Customization, options, or specific ingredient requests, may be available upon discussion with our team, additional charges may apply.
Packaging: Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC is not responsible or liable for the proper labeling of products for resale outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the retailer to add any necessary labeling required by local government which must not obstruct the view of the Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC name and logo on the product.
Delivery: We provide delivery services within a specified radius. Delivery charges may apply based on the order size and location. Our products are freshly baked, and their shelf life varies depending on the item. Our team will provide you with detailed information regarding storage guidelines and expiry dates.
Claims: We strive to deliver the highest quality products. Once items are delivered and received by an individual of the purchasing organization , items will be considered accepted. In the rare event of any issues or discrepancies, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will assess the situation and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Customers shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery, items will be considered accepted once signed for. As a condition precedent to recovery for total or partial loss of or defects or shortage in or damage to any goods supplied, every claim must be notified immediately by the customer after the receipt of goods by or-on behalf of the customer. Goods which are subject of a claim under this clause must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellation of Account: If you wish to cancel your wholesale account, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with the process. A weeks’ notice is required from the buyer to cancel any account with Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC and on terms that the buyer shall indemnify Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC in full against all expenses incurred by Bergeron’s Cafe, LLC as a result of cancellation.
